IndiaNIC, the reigning corporate cricket champions, have done it again this year. Playing against Scientific Diagnostic Center on 18^th December, 2011, at the Gujarat College Cricket ground, IndiaNIC registered an easy victory to retain their title as Pancham Corporate Tournament champions.

IndiaNIC cricket team had breezed into the semi-finals, and had won a hard-fought battle in the semi-finals to get closer to the Pancham Cup. The team entered the ground with the burden of expectation on their shoulder: a number of IndiaNIC employees had come to cheer the team. Even before the game began, there was a celebratory atmosphere in the IndiaNIC camp.

The excited supporters were hoping for a victory and were yearning to celebrate back-to-back championship victories.

IndiaNIC cricket team seemed in good spirits and enjoyed the large crowd support. Scientific Diagnostic Center batted first, but could not build a momentum as they kept on losing wickets at regular intervals. The crowd of supported burst into cheerful celebrations at every fall of wicket, and inspired by the strong crowd support, IndiaNIC bowlers bowled out their opponents in 18 overs for a paltry score of 64.

It did not take IndiaNIC long to chase down this target. During the ninth over, Naman smashed a winning four. The top-order batsmen scored the runs with 8 wickets and 11 overs to spare! IndiaNIC supporters had been eagerly waiting just for this moment and a loud cheer from the jam-packed crowd shook the ground as the ball crossed the boundary. The IndiaNIC camp was a scene of happiness and celebration as the team retained its title as Pancham Corporate Cricket champion.

Man of the Match was awarded to Yogesh Sharma (IndiaNIC) for his brilliant performance with the ball. Naman Shah (IndiaNIC) was awarded the Man of the Series award for his all-round performance throughout the series.

IndiaNIC is treading over the path of victory as team IndiaNIC has got its second victory in the corporate tournament against team Indusa InfoTech. This time team IndiaNIC smashed the record victory against opponent Indusa InfoTech and has set some high records as well.

IndiaNIC Way To Quarter Final-Truly Hilarious!

The captain of IndiaNIC Mihir Rawal hits the fastest ever half centaury just facing the 18 deliveries with the power buster six sixes around every corners of the ground and made team to set a high score of 235 runs with the loss of just 4 wicket at Gujarat College ground on last Sunday. Mihir Rawal also made the record of hitting the highest boom berg sixes in a single inning and made the crowd to cheers. He blasted 6 sixes and 3 fours in his ton. There is also the immense team participation by every team player. Naman Shah complete his half centaury in 46 balls and takes the couple of wickets of the opponent as well and sets himself for the man of the match. Mayur Vaghela smashed 44 just in 19 deliveries to make an emphatic statement to start the inning, and he did in his style –truly rocking! Such a tremendous and wonderful innings played by IndiaNIC players and sets the magnificent records in the corporate match history and made IndiaNIC place in the Quarter Final.

IndiaNIC pulls up yet another a illustrious win against Swallore at Corporate Premier League 2009 – played at H.L. Commerce Collage, Ahmedabad on 28th Jun, 2008.

Mihir Rawal – elucidated with a stunning quick fire 57 in a blink. Facing only 22 balls, he hit the ball all around the park and turned into a lime ball! Accompanied by Chandrakanta who smashed 19 of just 5!

Mihir – without any doubts, was declared Man of the Match!

Batting first, IndiaNIC scored 150 in 16 overs – which came outright unbeatable score for the opponents who wrapped up their innings for just 93.

All ‘n’ all, it was an exciting win – and IndiaNIC is now through to the Quarter Finals – where they’ll face Kataria Motors.
