The Problem

Incentex is an existing project and the client wanted to upgrade the whole application with the latest technology and advanced features. In the existing system, he had following problems: Application was not user-friendly Not structured properly by database and file structure Poor business logic implementation End customer was not happy to work on the old system with poor look-and-feel experience The client was looking for the following aspects in the new system: -Interactive Design -Faster, smarter and better system as compared to the existing system -Each and every section with different, better and complex business logic -Technology upgrade -Server architecture upgrade -Existing Code Refactoring In a way the client wanted to make end-customers happier with the new system.


We offered solutions as per the client's requirement: -BA provided complete application wireframes and requirement documentations -Our designer created eye-catching look and feel layouts approved by the client -Code review, refactoring and re-usability in the new system -Their end-clients are too happy with the initial demo -We have used .Net platform with the latest features -We have used AWS cloud computing and load balancing server architecture

Result Obtained

We have developed this application on the basis of client's expectations and requirements. Nowadays, he is reviewing the whole system with migrated data. He is also reviewing the daily-basis system with his end-clients.

ROI and Benefits

Now our client does not require to hire lots of customer support employees to place orders on behalf of end-customers, and end-customers are happy to work on the new application. They can readily place orders, and can get automatic updates about their orders. In the new system, we have offered a facility for emails and SMS notifications. So, on the basis of preferred communication way, the end-customers can get notified for any transactions of orders, support tickets. etc. In this new system, we also include 'live chat' facility. Overall our client's business is growing up, and now he can focus on the new business.
