We have built different packages as part of entire set of features that are mostly desirable by the clients. Our years of experience have let us build end products that overcome market constraints and meets customers’s demands. Essential features that an e-commerce website needs are developed, designed and redesigned by our experts. Starting from Intro package to Premium package, each set of package includes increasing number of advanced features helping each business depending on the scale and requirement.
Can you design/develop additional features beyond package if required?
We know that not every business fit within the packages we’ve designed. That’s totally acceptable. We’re open to code additional features that you selectively add to your store. The features that are outside the package – will be considered as “ADDITIONAL Features” – that if mentioned before project starts, can certainly be made a part of project with additional cost as per your selection.
Is it possible to add additional features to my store once I finalise creative designs?
we know that not all business owners know what they need well in advance unless they start to “feel” the solution. That’s why we give you the flexibility to add extra components before the coding begins.
What is the average time to completely design the store?
We use the most popular Project Collaboration tool – Basecamp. This tool is used by our dedicated Project Manager assigned to your project where you and our Project Manager will be interacting on daily bases. It has capability to share files, milestones and regular message boards to allow you to exchange any information. As the project begins, IndiaNIC will share with you clear milestones and tasks which will be carried out during the course of the project.
How does IndiaNIC ensures regular updates and intimation about tasks that I as a store owner need to accomplish?
Practically, launching the store isn’t just designing and coding template. IndiaNIC supports you in setting other parts of the store for fully functional store to get it ready for launch. The time to design and develop totally depends on the package you’ve chosen and additional features you have added to the scope of the project. Just so that you get an idea, a typical Standard Package takes about 6 to 8 weeks to get the templates and design ready.
Do you provide support once the store gets live?
Yes. We provide 30 day free support for any kind of bugs, questions or queries. Your account on Basecamp (our Project Collaboration Tool) stays active for 3 months after we finish the project. So, you have a chance to post any generic questions about “how to, where, what” relating to your store and we’ll be glad to assist you with that. If there is any more work to be done beyond free support period, we can hire us for hourly bases to fix, add or change portion of the store.
Do I need to pay full amount to get started?
No. We don’t need all money up front. You will start with 50% advance payment, and balance of 30% amount after first preview of site with coded templates. The balance 20% will be due just before going live and everything is accepted by you.
What about quality?
At IndiaNIC, we’re absolutely outright advocate about quality. We’ve robust internal process to execute Yahoo!
