Web Multimedia Developer

You as a Person:
We are looking for hard working single or married young men and women. People with high principles, good discipline and preferably with family in Ahmedabad.

Your skills:
You should be presently working with a company and should have at least 2 years of multimedia developing experience. You should be able to visualize, direct and implement a multimedia project. You should have handled at least 4 multimedia projects by yourself.

Since our clients are mostly from America a good knowledge the audience is helpful. This means having a good intuitive sense for the audience and how to graphically communicate to them.

Tools:
Experience with Macromedia Director, Flash, Photoshop, Fireworks and Illustrator gives you an advantage.

One year experience with Macromedia Dreamweaver or Flash is preferred but not required.

Your responsibilities:
You will be completely responsible for project estimates, and delivery (of multimedia web projects). Since we are a small company you must be willing to do a wide range of activities as the need arises.

Your work:
You will provided with training in Macromedia Flash for the first two months. This will be considered as a training/trial period. Your will be working mainly with Flash and Dreamweaver to create web projects. These projects will include online web tutorials, animated websites and many other eye catching web sites. You will also work with Macromedia Fireworks to develop and optimize customized web graphics. These graphics will be used on Ecommerce websites and portals. You will be working on overseas projects. Most of our clients are from America.

Your salary:
Salary is negotiable depending on your skills .Generous incentives are also available to greatly increase your overall income.
