He truly understands the need of the hour in training w.r.t IT industry. He has been focusing on bridging the gap between universities and Industries. Also, he always supports skilled manpower to enhance their respective skill sets.

Pradeep Mundra, a science graduate, joined IndiaNIC as a member of technical staff. While serving the company with his technical expertise, he acquired several courses and leadership programs to serve the organization in better way. He was then given the responsibilities of maintaining infrastructure and other utilities.

Pradeep is designated as Vice President of Operation. He is looking after Risk Management, Operational efficiencies, environmental health and safety, security and server management and Utilities & Energy Management (UEM).
