Terms and Conditions:

  1. The Sprint Setup is available only for New Yahoo! Store Launches. If you already have a working store – please Contact Us before ordering.
  2. You must have a Merchant Starter / Standard / Professional plan.
  3. The fee has to be paid upfront in full.
  4. Beyond what the theme you’ve chosen, the changes to the templates and designs will be considered for an additional fee.
  5. IMPORTANT: You might loose some of the default Yahoo! features as a part of the Sprint Set up Theme Integration. The principal behind this is – the Sprint Set up will come up the custom templates we had coded for the theme you’ll choose. These custom templates are coded to come with the structure and layout of the Sprint Set up Theme, and not that of what Yahoo! comes up by default. So, you might loose some in real world, but essentially this makes the layout of the website more in line with the overall Theme. We’re constantly trying to upgrade our code to make it as close to what Yahoo! gives you by default so that you’re not “losing” anything.
  6. There will be no modification done in this package beyond the theme what you’ve chosen. As an alternative, you can select one of our RTML Features of your choice and then we can add it to your site anytime. Click here to view all RTML Features
  7. You’ll receive 60 minutes of FREE assistance and post set up settings for the store. If you require additional help – we’ve also got paid assistance available, which will be charged in 15 minutes blocks.
  8. The Free Assistance call will be conducted after the store is set up completely.
  9. The basic color palette for each theme will be provided to you at the end of project completion so that you can use it later for other use.
  10. Any issue with the store has to be submitted within 2 weeks of project completion. Any other change request will be chargeable thereafter.
  11. The email scripts will run from our servers. This will ensure secure and consistent transmission of information.
  12. The content and design of the theme is protected under Creative Commons license. While we hold the right to use it with any other site, you can purchase theme at a premium price and then the theme will not be used anywhere else. Contact us now for the quote on the theme you want to purchase.
