The objective of the project is to transform An Eventful Life’s existing horse riding event website into a state-of-the-art platform that not only meets the needs of equestrian event enthusiasts but also sets a benchmark in the industry for digital content delivery. By integrating new functionalities such as advanced video management and exclusive member access, the platform aims to deliver high-quality multimedia content and streamlined user engagement. Through user-friendly dashboards, visitors will have personalized access to event categories, exclusive content, and easy navigation to find relevant event information and media.

In addition, the project seeks to expand membership by promoting the unique benefits of 5* Membership, offering exclusive access to restricted content and a trial offer. This will enhance the value proposition for current and prospective users, positioning the website as a comprehensive, interactive platform for equestrian event coverage. The new site will emphasize scalability and efficiency, allowing Eventing Life Pty Ltd to keep pace with increasing user engagement and content demand while maintaining a robust digital experience

Project Approach / Solution

IndiaNIC proposed a comprehensive solution focused on upgrading the website to Drupal 9 with a new design that incorporates advanced features for content management, user engagement, and scalability

Platform Upgrade

The website was migrated from Drupal 7.3 to Drupal 9, providing enhanced functionality, security, and performance. This upgrade facilitated better content management and integration with modern tools and APIs.

User-Friendly Interface

A new, intuitive design was implemented with user-friendly navigation, making it easier for event participants, administrators, and content creators to interact with the platform. Key features included custom user dashboards and search functionalities tailored to different event types and user categories.

Content Management System (CMS)

The CMS was significantly enhanced to allow contributors to easily upload, edit, and publish event-related content such as articles, videos, and photos. Integration with Chargebee enabled seamless payment processing for subscriptions and video purchases.
