CIL Mobile App

The primary objective of this project is to develop a cross-platform mobile application using Flutter to streamline stock management, outstanding balance tracking, and report generation for end-users. By centralizing these essential functions into one accessible app, the project aims to simplify and improve workflow efficiency for users who need real-time insights into stock availability, outstanding payments, and key operational metrics. The app’s tabular displays and easy navigation make it user-friendly, while the advanced search and date filtering options ensure users can quickly access the specific information they need.

Additionally, the application aims to enhance decision-making through a dedicated reporting feature that provides vital insights, such as Sales vs. Cost analysis, Process Status, and LOT Current Status. These reports help users monitor business performance, identify trends, and respond proactively to operational needs. Ultimately, the project’s objective is to offer a powerful yet intuitive mobile tool that empowers users to manage stock and financial data effectively, enhancing productivity and accuracy across critical business processes.

• Platform Restriction: The app functions only on Android, limiting accessibility for iOS users.
• Deployment Challenges: Difficulties with app publication on the Play Store persist, and there’s a need for availability on both the Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Lack of Decision-Making Insights: Absence of reporting features like Sales vs. Cost, Process Status, and LOT Status makes performance tracking and proactive management challenging.
• We tried our best to ask the client to put some new design and text alignments but as the client is using an old app from a long time, he was stuck to the old design, so we followed the same with some enhancements he agreed.
