Project Objectives

This project aims to develop an all-in-one platform designed to streamline the client’s end-to-end operations, including sales and lead management, project management, procurement, supply chain management, and customer relationship management. The platform will also enable both B2C and B2B e-commerce functionality on the front end, offering a seamless experience for various customer segments for retails, PMC and Bulk buyers.

Problem Statement & Challenges

Prior to starting the project, the client presented the following difficulties for us to overcome:

  • Understanding and defining the complete lifecycle from design to delivery processes.
  • Technically implementing the project management process for FF&E, which is generally having thousands of products to be quoted, get approval, and initiate the procurement process.
  • International shipping management module and tracking of deliverables through system.
  • Real time order management along with warehouse inventory management, tracking all SKU’s as well as processing orders to vendors for specialized products.
  • Simple modules for shipping logistics management, proforma invoices, and project management.
  • Thorough product management, based on the specifications supplied by the franchisee (hotel franchises such as Marriott, Holiday Inn, etc.), for both design services and retail.

By effectively handling these difficulties, a reliable and user-friendly website that satiated the client’s needs was created.
