The platform will also enable both B2C and B2B e-commerce functionality on the front end, offering a seamless experience for various customer segments for retails, PMC and Bulk buyers.

- Project Management: Real-time tracking of project milestones, timelines, and deliverables for FF&E projects, from design through to delivery.
- Procurement and Supply Chain Management: Efficient handling of procurement processes, inventory tracking, and logistics management to ensure timely delivery. Including international and domestic logistics management.
- Customer Relationship Management: An integrated CRM system for managing client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Inventory and Warehouse Management: Effective and real time inventory management along with warehouse management and tracking.
- B2C & B2B E-commerce Enablement: A user-friendly e-commerce interface tailored to both individual consumers and business clients, enabling online sales, customized product catalogs, and order tracking.
