Project Objectives

The project involves creating a user-friendly job portal where applicants can view and apply for jobs, and employers can post jobs based on subscription plans, with secure integration of third-party systems for employer verification.

We require the development of a user-friendly interface that allows applicants to view and apply the jobs available on the portal and employers can subscribe to the plan, post no. of jobs based on plan, view applicants and hire them.

Problem Statement & Challenges

Through careful Discovery, we crafted a precise roadmap for the project, ensuring clear direction from concept to execution, meeting all compliance and usability challenges effectively.

  • The client has only a concept and idea for developing such a project but has not a clear road map for developing exact functionality. During the Discovery phase we cleared everything and provided an exact road map for the same.

  • The client has new requirements for the Advisor module, in that module we needed to switch the access of Employer to Advisor. We have developed such modules according to the client requirement without impacting existing functionality.

  • Compliance and security: Meeting data protection regulations and maintaining a high level of security were vital, requiring robust measures such as encryption and access controls.

  • Applicant experience and usability: Creating an intuitive and responsive interface was important, considering accessibility and applicant access for an enjoyable experience.
