Project Objectives

This application streamlines the booking of meeting pods in public spaces, offering a convenient solution for individuals seeking to connect for discussions on the go.

The client required an application that enables users to book meeting pods at malls, supermarkets, or any public spaces. This app should facilitate convenient bookings for individuals who need to connect for meetings or discussions while on the go.

Problem Statement & Challenges

Through careful discovery, we crafted a precise roadmap for the project, ensuring clear direction from concept to execution while effectively addressing all compliance and usability challenges. A key component of this approach was the integration of Klevio locking devices, which were implemented to enhance customer privacy and security, allowing users to engage with the pods confidently and without concern.

  • Lack of Clarity on Implementation:Although the client possessed a clear vision of the desired end result, they were uncertain about the specific methodologies required to achieve it. To address this ambiguity, we convened multiple brainstorming sessions aimed at collaboratively exploring diverse approaches and establishing a shared understanding of the project’s requirements and implementation strategies

  • Integration with Third-Party Locking Device: The client required the integration of a third-party locking device service known as Klevio. To evaluate the feasibility of this integration, we first developed a proof of concept (POC). This POC allowed us to test our ability to unlock the devices through the backend by creating the necessary services. After successfully demonstrating this capability, we proceeded to finalize our integration with Klevio services, ensuring that it met the client’s expectations and technical requirements

  • Successfully addressing these challenges resulted in the development of a robust and user-friendly website that met the client’s requirements.

We conducted a thorough analysis of the client’s needs,and some competitor apps, and created a user-friendly flow document, to be on the same page of the understanding with the client.

We crafted an intuitive design interface for app users to facilitate pod booking, incorporating time slots to enhance usability.

We undertook rigorous testing to verify functionality, reliability, and security of the application.

Deployment and support

We successfully deployed the solution and provided ongoing support to address user inquiries and resolve any technical issues
